Floured  chicken breast with sautéed red onions and fresh peas done in a Marsala cream sauce over penne pasta.


Triple B Steak Mac N' Cheese
Grilled blackened bourbon glazed sirloin steak, apple wood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and a gorgonzola sherry cream sauce over bow tie pasta, oven baked golden brown.


Halibut with Pesto and Pignoli nuts
Garlic lemon buttered broiled Halibut with a chili, sundried tomato, basil pesto and pignoli nuts.


 Black Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna
Pan seared black sesame crusted sliced Ahi Tuna topped with a rice wine vinegar citrus reduction  


Chicken alla Romano
Slow roasted boneless chicken thighs with red and yellow peppers in a fresh tomato, vermouth sauce.


Sausage with Roasted Red peppers
Thin Brooklyn style rope sausage with roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, and sautéed in olive oil.


Meatball Parmigiana Sliders
House-made ground beef and pork meatballs topped with fresh tomatoes sauce and fresh mozzarella, served on mini ciabatta rolls.


Crab Cakes
Freshly hand pressed crab cakes served with a horseradish cocktail aioli. 


Tortellini Bolognese
Cheese filled tortellini done in a pepper, onion, mushroom, ground sirloin rosé sauce


Blueberry Crusted Steak Caesar 
Sliced Grilled Blueberry Romano Crusted sirloin steak, served over romaine lettuce, with garlic crostini, and Caesar dressing.


Penne Alla Vodka
Penne pasta with a  sausage, prosciutto di Parma in a vodka flavored rosé sauce.

Slow braised pork done in a reduced wine stock with carrots, onions and celery

Full lobster tail, stuffed with a lobster biscuit herb stuffing


Penne Alla Vodka
Penne pasta done in a vodka rosé cream sauce with sautéed diced peppers, prosciutto and sweet Italian sausage


Chicken or shrimp Madeira over Bowtie pasta
Choice of Floured chicken or shrimp in a creamy Madeira sauce over bowtie noodles topped with shaved provolone cheese.


Stuffed Shrimp wrapped in prosciutto with chili pesto 
Jumbo shrimp stuffed with a crab bread herb stuffing, wrapped in prosciutto and drizzled with a chili pesto sauce.

Floured covered pan fried steak, topped with sautéed sundried tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, and fresh spinach finished done in a wine sauce sprinkled with asiagio cheese.

Pan seared sesame crusted sliced Ahi tuna, Napa/savoy cabbage slaw, julienne red onions, and water chestnuts, toasted in citrus miso vinaigrette, served in a Floured tortilla.

Breaded eggplant, sautéed red onions, mixed baby greens, chili sun-dried tomatoes pesto and fresh mozzarella, served on rosemary focaccia bread.


Free Range Chicken Salad
Roasted chicken, diced Gala apples, dried cranberries & diced fennel, mixed in a tarragon Dijon aioli, served in a wheat or white wrap.


Ham & Cheese
Honey glazed ham, manchego cheese, beefsteak tomatoes, and honey Dijon mustard, served on pressed Texas toast.


Italiano Combo
Thinly Sliced Prosciutto Di Parma, capicola ham, hard Italian salami, ham, fresh mozzarella cheese, aged provolone cheese, roasted red peppers, mixed baby greens, and red onions, served on toasted ciabatta bread with a  house balsamic vinaigrette.

Cannellini Beans, Kidney Beans, and Chick Peas, diced red onions, diced celery, and fresh rosemary, infused with homemade vinaigrette.
